Privacy Notice: Atom GCSE Discord Community

When you join the Atom GCSE Discord server and claim your free trial, we collect your email address via a private bot message. Here's what you need to know about how we use it.

Who collects your data: Your email address is collected by Atom Learning Ltd. We are the data controller for this information.

What we collect and why: We collect your email address solely to identify your Atom GCSE account and apply your free trial upgrade. We do not collect any other personal information through Discord.

What we do with it: Your email address is used only to upgrade your account. Once this has been done, we do not retain your email address from the Discord DM. It is not added to any marketing lists, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than processing your free trial.

How long we keep it: Your email address is deleted from our Discord records once your account upgrade has been applied, typically within 24 hours of you sharing it.
