Yes, you can update your subjects and exam boards at any time from your account settings.
Once you’re logged in, just follow these steps to update your learning plan:

Click the profile icon at the top right of your account.

Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu.

On the account management page, click 'Your learning plan'.

Choose the subjects and exam boards you’d like, then save your changes.
Your learning plan will update straight away!
